A new MESSAGE BOARD for Anglernet:
Another task that needs attention this year is updating some of the information on the site. Please bear with me as I depend on you, the user of Anglernet to let me know when a resort, marina, campground, phone number, address, etc. etc. etc. changes. It's impossible for me to keep track of the changes that go on at all the lakes and reservoirs listed on the Anglernet site.
Once again I'm attempting to create a place for us to share some ideas and
thoughts without the intrusions of the spambots. Since I started Anglernet
in 1995 I've constantly had to filter out the "junk" that floods our forums.
This is a huge task that takes a great amount of time. I'm sure a lot of
you have noticed that there are many times the message board goes without
the attention it needs. As a matter of fact, for the last couple of months
I disabled the board because I couldn't keep up. The new Anglernet Message
Board will make this task much easier. The new board will also allow me
to designate "Moderators" to manage the forums. This should make our messaging
experience much better.
